Tricia Gustafson, CVPCC, MBA, CYT
Entrepreneurial endeavors, curiosity, exploration, teaching, and coaching have been part of my life since I was seven. Whenever I was physically active, teaching, coaching, engaged in meaningful conversations, exploring in nature, or traveling, I was thriving and having fun. I was connected to my authentic self.
After many years of studying and pursuing a management career in human resources and organizational development, I was exhausted and frustrated, so I left to find freedom and a healthier lifestyle.
After receiving my yoga teacher certification, I spent a year studying and practicing conflict resolution & mediation before TLG Consulting was born in 2003. I fully enjoyed coaching individuals and facilitating communication workshops for organizations. I had found my passion.
While I put my coaching on hold to parent and homeschool my daughter, I always blended personal growth around communication into my life. When my daughter left home for her GAP year and University, I spent 2 years studying transformational coaching and rebranding the business. In 2024, I received my Professional Coaching Certification. In addition to my formal degrees and certifications, I bring over 46 years of experience coaching sports, interns, employees, kids, and adults in many different environments.

When I'm not coaching, I cherish outdoor adventures, yoga, disc golf, creating healthy meals, a good book, concerts, musical theater, gardening, and world travel. I live in Vermont with my husband, dog, and cat, while my daughter is thriving at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and Sciences Po Paris in France. I love my life and enjoy supporting others in creating their own ideal life.
