Our officers were struggling to communicate and to get along as a team. Tricia got us together and had us focus on what we had in common, i.e. our love for dogs, volunteering, and making our world a better place to live in. She had us identify what was working for us and what wouldn't work. To help us with future conflicts, she had us identify our hot buttons and list items which would help us in future conflicts. I worked with Tricia for 3 months, focusing on "right livelihood." Tricia helped me through a time of struggle with lack of clarity and direction, to a calm place of new vision and readiness for action. My need was to get away from work that was taxing and unsatisfying, and to see how I could re-envision my skill set and experience.
