In-person sessions are offered in my home (with a dog and cat) or yours (Burlington, South Burlington, Shelburne). Bring your mug and leave with a refreshing cup of tea for your drive home!
Consistent yoga practice is a discipline that can provide you with the benefits of improved flexibility, balance, strength, sleep, digestion, motivation, and better overall health.
Introduction to Yoga: Learn to do several basic yoga poses and find your motivation to continue learning and growing with yoga!
Includes four (4) 60-minute sessions. $360.
Create Your Simple Home Yoga Practice: Together we'll find the poses that you enjoy and create a simple 5-20 minute home practice for you to do on your own. Great for a morning ritual, a warm-up for an exercise program, midday rejuvenation, or evening relaxation.
Includes three (3) 60 minute sessions. Basic yoga experience is required. $270. Additional sessions can be added, if needed.
Individual Sessions: Guidance and motivation for beginners with previous yoga experience.
Private session is $80 per hour or $130 per hour for two (2) students with similar needs.
